A free tool to load Gmail onto your desktop without using a browser.

GeeMail is an interesting free tool that lets you access your Gmail account without having to open a browser. This is possible thanks to the fact that GeeMail works in an Adobe Air visual setting. The result is a reduced version of Gmail. However, emails still download very quickly. One of the advantages of this program is that you can work with Gmail without having to be connected to the Internet. You can, for example, write or look at emails and send them once you connect to the Internet.

Managing an email program without connecting to the Internet is unthinkable, but at least with GeeMail you can be doing something useful while you wait for that connection.

The interface is basically that of Gmail. You probably won`t notice the difference.
